| Owner and senior consultant. ir. Roland F. Broos Graduated Chemical Engineer (ir.) from Delft Technical University in The Netherlands (1977). Worked for 9 years for Aramco Overseas Company as process and front-end engineer in The Netherlands, USA, the UK and Saudi Arabia. In 1986 joined Shell International E&P with various technical management positions around the world. After retirement from Shell in 2009 he started RFB Consult , a process and safety engineering consultancy company.
